Hourly (2-Hour Minimum): $300 per party
Half Day (4 hours): $600 per party
Full Day (8 hours): $1,100 per party
Overtime Hour (1 hour): $200 per party
Travel Fee (Over 25 miles): $50 per hour
Mediation sessions are typically conducted via Zoom to ensure accessibility and convenience for all parties. However, if appointed counsel wishes to host the session at their office, we are happy to accommodate this request, provided all parties agree on the location beforehand. This approach ensures fairness and mutual agreement in the mediation process.
At Giles Mediation, we offer flexible consulting services tailored to meet your unique needs. Our hourly consulting rate is $200, ensuring high-quality expertise and guidance on a range of topics.
For projects requiring extended time or a more comprehensive approach, we are available to collaborate on long-term engagements. These projects are assessed individually to fully understand your needs, objectives, and desired outcomes. We provide non-contractable quotes based on the scope and complexity of the project, ensuring transparency and clarity before work begins.
Billing
To confirm the mediation session, all parties must make a 50% pre-payment of mediation costs and fees no later than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled date. The remaining balance will be invoiced three (3) days before the mediation and must be paid upon receipt or no later than the day before the session.
Unless otherwise agreed, all fees will be billed equally to the mediation participants. If the parties agree to a different fee allocation, they must notify Giles Mediation, LLC at the time of scheduling. Giles Mediation, LLC will not proceed with the mediation unless all fees are paid in full before the scheduled date. In such cases, the mediation will be rescheduled to a later date, and all parties will be notified.
Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, Law Pay, Zelle, cash, or money order. An invoice will be provided to each participant upon the conclusion of the mediation. For mediations booked through the website, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Mediations canceled within three (3) days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit, unless the mediation is rescheduled within one week of the original scheduled date.
Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled date will incur the full mediation fee to the responsible party. The non-responsible party will be subject to 50% of the full mediation fee.
